• The Coordinator will be a member of the Flight Service Technology team who will assist with the logistics and inventory management of the Cabin Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program along with other mobile and technology solutions for Flight Attendants and the Flight Service organization.

• The ideal candidate thrives on customer service and creates positive working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. They work at a quick pace, juggling multiple priorities at a time.

• The role is a part of the Flight Service Technology team within our Flight Service group.

What you'll do

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations

• Logistics and inventory for the Cabin Electronic Flight Bag program
• Shipping & Receiving of hardware to and from bases and vendors
• Assists with tracking lost, stolen and found devices
• Maintains organization of the Cabin EFB workroom
• Assists in supporting tablet coordinators (Mainline and Regionals) and crew service centers throughout the system
• Comfortable working independently in a high volume, operationally driven environment

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Proven experience with the Microsoft Office suite and a desire to learn new software platforms
  • Travel up to 25% to visit vendors and AA Flight Service bases

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• • Current or previous Flight Service or Flight Attendant experience
  • Prior experience with iOS (Apple) either personally or professionally
