About the Position:

 

We are currently looking for a professional Greeter for Al Futtaim Lexus in Dubai. As a Greeter your main function is to receive walk-in customers at the showroom. You will be the first point of contact for the customer’s delightful experience.

 

Specifically, your responsibilities are as follows:

 

  • Receive and assist customers in the showroom by directing them to the concerned staff member (Sales Consultant or Managers where required) to ensure their requirements are met and maintain the standards of the overall customer experience
  • Maintain a basic level of product knowledge to be able to assist customers when required
  • Identify VIP customers and notify the Sales and Branch Managers
  • Entertain customers if all the Sales Consultant and Managers are busy with other customers by answering any questions they might have (where possible) to ensure that the customers do not leave before they are assisted by one of the staff members
  • Cover for the branch Receptionist as and when required including periods of leave, lunch/prayer breaks. 

 

About You:

 

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a good general level of education with 2 years’ experience in customer services front-end environment, preferably within the Automotive, Retail or Telecom industries. Working knowledge of MS Office applications specifically MS Excel is required. You must also possess excellent and effective communication skills, customer orientation, good interpersonal and rapport building capabilities. Arabic speakers are preferred!
