About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Group HRIS Manager to enhance the performance of our Digital HR ecosystem and service delivery for end users. We are looking for a team manager that can balance technical HR Technology interest with strong functional experience, communication, and collaboration. The person will be responsible for service delivery and lead a team of HR Technology specialists that provide support for the full group.

 

Job Summary

The HRIS Manager is responsible to execute the full range of Human Resource System functions, including business process configuration, release management and road maps, management of process improvements and system enhancements. We are seeking an individual who can improve the performance of our service delivery using best practice standards such as ITIL and evolve our digital landscape globally.

 

The HRIS Manager will be a single point of contact from a service delivery standpoint, building partnerships and collaborating with functional leads in HR and key business partners. Close engagement with our Enterprise IT team will be key to delivering improvements, support and insights in the HR Technology domain.


Job Duties

  • Oversee the GHRIS product owners with day to day systems support and support leadership with the development of our HR Technology Roadmap
  • Accountable for reviewing and optimizing the HRIS service delivery model to ensure our customer base receives adequate support
  • Owner of all Service Mgmt. Processes (Incident, Problem, change etc.), amend and create new processes and policies where required, enabled by effective tooling
  • Responsible for service delivery to our customer(s) in accordance with pre-agreed KPI’s measured through dashboards and metrics   
  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey; and mitigating action plans, acting on customer feedback
  • Present monthly service reviews to HRIS and key stakeholders
  • Delivering our service lines with effective budget mgmt. and periodic reviews with EIT
  • Responsibility for the testing, reporting, and monitoring of all disaster recovery and business continuity procedures pertaining to HR applications
  • Lead major incident reporting and downtime as required across the HR applications portfolio in partnership with EIT
  • Lead the HRIS Solution Design Authority in partnership with EIT, ensuring we maximize business value from solution designs
  • Oversee the bi-annual release cycles from SAP SuccessFactors ensuring effective adoption of options and universal changes
  • Drive and ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular system audits, working closely with Data Owners across HR as well as IT and Finance as appropriate
  • Be a key interface for SAP & SuccessFactors related questions and requests from HR Partners and employees
  • Ensure that reports, system processes and documentation are updated and maintained
  • Oversee the development and execution of Change Management activities such as user procedures, guidelines, documentation and delivery of training from our product owner community
  • Knowledge of HR Data and Analytics with hands on experience. Knowledge of automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Alteryx and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is highly advantageous

 

About the Requirements

  • 5 years ITIL or equivalent experiences in service mgmt. and delivery
  • 10-12 years in the HR Technology
  • 3-5 years’ experience in leading HR technology teams
  • Very strong hands-on SAP and SuccessFactors experience and functional knowledge and understanding of HR processes
  • Experience in leading HR technology projects using different methodologies such as waterfall and agile
  • A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into solutions. Able to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
  • Experience in working in international and complex organizations
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality and meeting deadlines are your trademark
  • A consulting background will be considered as an advantage for the role
  • Highly proficient and knowledgeable in MS Office applications; Excel, Word, PowerPoint 

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human resource, Information Technology or related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors/SAP certification in one or several modules is a requirement
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent
