ROLE PURPOSE:
|
|
Establish and develop Al-Futtaim’s Subscription brand with internal and external customers. Provide guidance and framework for Al-Futtaim’s Subscription branding along with its existing and new products and services.
Development of new campaigns, communications, and point-of-sales appearance in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
Direct the development of marketing programs to popularize the products, service, and campaigns to customer audience.
Assess existing and potential markets that contribute to product development and product strategy.
Define the advertising and promotion initiatives as well as manage and organize all product launches.
Activities will include also include coordinating with Group Marketing CoE for branding. Closely co-operate product advertising/promotion, planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs, organising events and product launches.
Responsible for the development and implementation of the Marketing strategy and executing, maintaining and optimising a series digital programmes to maximise engagement, opportunities and loyalty for financial services business.
Also responsible for the execution of marketing policies and processes where necessary.
The incumbent will be required to work extremely closely with key agencies / partners and the wider internal teams.

- Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy supporting Al Futtaim Subscription objectives of sales
- Leverage existing data to build effective annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans
- Create, generate ideas, and implement marketing campaigns to generate demand with marketing communication team
- Work with Group Marketing CoE and creative agencies for campaign support

Digital Development
Support COE in developing the digital marketing strategies, KPIs and objectives and continuously drive digital marketing best practice within the organisation

- Participate in the overall digital marketing strategy & key priorities.
- Collaborate with the wider team and agency partners to analyse the performance of digital channels and identify areas for optimizations to maximize effectiveness.
- Work closely with agencies to ensure digital strategy is aligned with all online and offline marketing strategies and are following prevailing governance standards.

Offline Channel Management
Manage all offline activities

- Campaign & event management formulation, budgeting & execution.

Marketing capabilities
- Work with Group Marketing CoE and creative agencies to ensure compliance with defined marketing standards to maintain consistent messaging to existing customers and prospects
- Develop and maintain content for online and social media marketing
- Conduct customer research and obtain VOC in customer clinics, surveys etc.
- Ensure optimal search engine marketing in conjunction with automotive brands
Be the conduit for sharing of marketing best practices

- Responsible for conceiving and implementing successful marketing campaigns from channel, to ad unit, to landing page, to purchase experience, to lifetime value across all channels.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines while encouraging local adaptation and thinking to maximize our own brands deployment in market.
Ensure optimized activations and roll out of campaigns with high quality marketing materials at all touchpoints for maximum impact

Marketing Intelligence and Research
Implement and manage marketing strategy via the online and social media channels
|
- Capture market insights and customer preferences by conduction periodic in-house research.
- Identify key / relevant competitors; understand their strategy (product offer, distribution strategy, price positioning, communication strategy, etc.)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights supporting our aim of being an “Evidence-Based Consumer Engagement Organization”.
- Establish and monitor industry level benchmarks for digital marketing performance and digital
- Closely track digital marketing performance and pursue digital optimization efforts through the deployment and management of campaign reporting and social listening dashboards. Get, provide feedback to COE
Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels with constant lookup for new marketing opportunities

- Participate to adapt the global PR strategy for subscription services in UAE.
- Define local communication priorities as per the business need.
- Co-ordinate with Corporate Communications and Legal Team for roll out of high impact messaging.
- Propose an events strategy to maximize exposure and visibility in the market. This strategy will include events in and out of Al-Futtaim owned premises.
- Handle events set up, follow up, find the right suppliers and manage budget.
Assist team with collateral production and installation

Revenue Accountability
- Monitor the delivery and execution of plans and measures effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and ROI
- Manage budget and vendor relationships to provide campaign support
- General Financial Management

- Develop and update annual plan that maximize ROI.
- In charge of overall marketing budget management.
- Execute media and marketing spends to ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets to meet and exceed efficiency goals including budgeting, revenue generation, direct and indirect expenses in digital domain.
- Enforce standards related to meeting budget commitments, marketing efficiencies and related digital marketing benchmarks.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Academic qualification in Marketing / bachelor’s degree in marketing / communication or business administration
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in banking and Automotive finance operations or relevant agency experience
- Proven track record executing digital & campaigns & events
- Track record of delivered web development & media optimization projects
- Experience in managing Social CRM strategies and campaigns
- Advanced Google 360 experience
- Experience in developing AB & MVT testing across channels and platforms
- Delivered proven SEO projects that have delivered incremental ROI
- Advanced knowledge of planning, executing and measuring digital media
Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
- Full working knowledge of leasing, rental and or mobility solutions’ processes and products
- Experience in implementing & managing campaigns.
- Ability to manage marketing budget
- Advanced analytical & data interpretation skills
- Proven expertise in delivering analysis that yields new insights to increase efficiencies
- Proficiency using Adobe, Microsoft & marketing related software Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
- Knowledge about current marketing trends, multimedia, and social media
