To develop divisional talent acquisition strategies, manage end-to-end talent acquisition process and solutions in partnership with divisions’ HR & Talent team in alignment with business strategy. Ensuring highest standards of quality of hires, hiring manager & candidate satisfaction whilst keeping all metrics within goal for his/her division(s).

 

Talent Acquisition strategy


    Creates annual Strategic Business Plan in collaboration with Head of TA for the specific BU’s in collaboration with GMHR, COEs and Business leaders
    Prepares competitor analysis and market mapping for direct competitors 
    Is accountable to deliver high quality hires on time and on budget to fulfill talent business needs in partnership with HR and business
    Ensures the completion of Hiring plans for the assigned Division(s) 
    Leads end-to-end talent acquisition cycle in line with business growth plans and aspirations
    Ensures compliance with relevant operational and people risk controls, and employment legislation
    Constantly explores, develop and review sourcing strategies and channels to support business growth 
    Ensures all TA metrics are met by the team across geographies
    Establishes and follow strict decision science tools in accordance with the established TA Methodology for the specific Business Unit(s)

 

Education: 


•    Relevant Degree or Diploma or master’s degree an advantage

 

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:  


•    8+ years of recruitment experience, 3 years leading teams
•    Extensive knowledge of TA global practices, technologies and local governance
•    Previous experience managing talent acquisition strategy and processes
•    Previous management experience, coaching, mentoring and engagement capabilities preferred
