About The Role


The New Business Model, Strategy & Transformation office is responsible for overseeing the delivery of growth and transformation initiatives across the Al Futtaim Automotive division, both UAE and International. 
The team enables the leadership team to design, develop and mobilize strategies and their subsequent execution. 

 

The successful candidate will draw together expertise in program, project management and PMO disciplines to deliver:
•    Portfolio, program, and project management
•    Project management governance and reporting
•    Benefits tracking, reporting and transparency
•    Seamless integration between the COE and the businesses
•    Coaching support to transformation champions and scrum masters

 

Some Key KPI's
•    Transformation monitoring, tracking, and reporting programs
•    Transformation project delivery on-time and within budget
•    Effective stakeholder relationships
•    Project documentation.


About You
Education: Bachelor or higher – preferably in business administration and project management.


Minimum Experience and Knowledge:      
•    3+ years of experienced in various project management methodologies – Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall
•    5+ years of professional PMO experience, typically management consultant across variety of businesses
•    Deep understanding of transformation and initiative management 
•    Experience in dashboard design and development
•    Highly analytical in quantitative and qualitative dimensions to interpret strategy outcomes into initiative definition and develop monitoring frameworks
•    Full proficiency with Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word – Ability to create high quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel analysis  
•    Previously worked in complex matrix organizations
•    Ability to work through clearly defined policies and framework which she can establish and monitor efficacy.

•    Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, resourcefulness and time management capabilities
•    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish contact and trust with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
•    Ability to anticipate conflict and resolving pending issues
•    Strong oral and written communication – excellent ability to crystalize messages for executives
•    Strong understanding of business and policy issues faced by organizations
•    Ability to operate well under ambiguity and to drive people towards an endpoint without conflict
•    A solid team player who’s also an independent thinker
•    Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
•    A robust analytical skill set across quantitative and qualitative dimensions to be able to structure programs
•    Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
