  • This job is part of the Media & Performance Marketing Team withing the Customer Division. 
  • Responsible for support in the development and execution of advertising campaigns to build brand preference and drive flight bookings. Works with media agency partners to build & execute campaigns, measure their impact and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment. Helps the team to innovate and stay on top of advertising trends and manage advertising technology and tools used to track and measure campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Supports the development & execution of advertising campaigns including but not limited to creative briefing & development, Q/A, campaign optimizations, reporting
  • Coordinates campaigns with other departments and teams
  • Creates tags for direct publisher relationships and new landing pages. Assisting with troubleshooting/QA requests and oversight of publisher pixel implementation
  • Gathers and shares creative specs with creative team and managing feedback to agency/publishers
  • Communicates and manages changes to creative rotation
  • Helps with design and implementation of creative testing to improve channel efficiency, drive growth, and inform marketing investment decisions
  • Meets with vendors to discuss potential partnership opportunities 
  • Assists in managing and executing media campaigns with other business units across American
  • Liaises with IT, Digital, Privacy & International teams to stay on top of technology needs, enhancements & ever-changing privacy landscape
  • Clears and records vendor invoices and adjusting forecasting
  • Assists in ad technology partnership management including ad serving partner, dynamic creative partner and data partners
  • Works with marketing teams and/or media agencies to support & prioritize pixel implementation and tech integrations efforts
  • Supports work needed to prepare marketing for cookie less campaigns & measurement

All you'll need for success

  • Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
    • 1 year of marketing experience supporting media analytics/brand management
    • Media agency or relevant job experience 
  • Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
    • Master's degree
  • Skills, Licenses & Certifications
    • Creative and media agency management experience
    • Solid understanding of digital media including KPIs and measurement
    • Ability to work with cross-functional groups and develop relationships with key stakeholders
    • Excellent presentation skills and written/ oral communication skills
    • Exceptional project management skills with experience in working effectively under deadline pressures and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
