- This job is part of the AA Vacations Team within the Customer Division.
- Responsible for the overall AAV operation and manages a team to maintain the smooth running. It is also responsible for finding efficiencies and synergies to allow us to run a more robust and stable platform. The role is also responsible for ensuring the financial performance of the business.
What you'll do

Leads a team of professionals responsible for maintaining all vendors in the AAV vacations platform, ensuring the product is available for sale in all reservation channels, and all reporting, data mining, and financial aspects for AAV

Guides the platform migration strategy including the coordination across the 15+ business units impacted by the migration

Coordinates with IT on project prioritization and resource allocation

Works with Marketing, Product Mangers, Sales teams and Digital Channels in identifying market changes and implement strategies that maximize revenue

Reports and communicates results and strategies to senior management

Pays all monthly invoices and approve invoice exceptions

Provides data/reports for all quarterly reviews

Provides data for annual commission review and ongoing analysis

Calculates/tracks supplier override payments

Creates monthly scorecard for Finance

Creates annual budget for AAV and reforecast as necessary

Works with call center on issues with pricing, commission, availability, manifests and customer relations
All you'll need for success
- Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
- 5-10 years across various functions including Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, RM, NP, Marketing, Alliances, AAdvantage
- Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Leadership experience
- Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of Account Management, Project Management, Leadership, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, Financial Analysis, Budgeting
