What you'll do

  • Protects the integrity of confidential information for all matters
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting departmental needs and requests
  • Experience in heavy calendar management
  • Responsible for preparing travel, both domestic and international as well as hotel accommodations, transportation, and itinerary creation
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Interacts with all levels of management, corporate clients and business community leaders
  • Responds to customer requests and complaints within limits of authority
  • Compose correspondence, prepare presentations, reports and other projects
  • Manage time and attendance, expense reports, invoices and supply ordering 
  • Skilled in reviewing, screening and prioritizing mail and telephone calls
  • Plan and prepare meetings (logistics, documents, presentations, catering, etc.) for department and executive

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School Diploma 
  • 2+ years’ work experience in a prior support or administrative role

  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Skilled analytics and problem solving
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, be detail oriented and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and function as an integral part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Preferred knowledge of; workbrain, coupa and concur
