• Responsible for facilitating the development of high-level strategic principles and more detailed Business plans with clear deliverables and timelines, ensuring that ongoing delivery of initiatives continues to meet strategic objectives.

• Delivers competitive analysis to assist with business plan development
• Assists with meetings and presentations & senior leadership updates
• Manages a wide range of projects that impact the entire Commercial organization and help sets the company up for success well into the future
• Aligns teams around commercial strategies, key objectives, and success metrics, maintaining clear communication across teams, and ensuring cross-functional actions are completed
• Manages overall initiative roadmaps, working with commercial groups to define and track objectives and key results (OKRs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones, while ensuring speed to market
• Collaborates and fosters deep relationships with counterparts across the Commercial Org, including Revenue Management, Alliances, Digital & Distribution, Customer Insights & Loyalty, Marketing and AA’s Joint Business and Partner Airlines
• Uses data and research to identify opportunities and works with Revenue organization to make recommendations regarding the optimal way to execute on key strategic initiatives
• Must be willing to travel for business when needed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years related experience

  • Demonstrated ability to take a project from conceptualization through implementation

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong presentation skills
  • An outstanding team player with cross-cultural knowledge
