About the Role

 

The Master Data Manager is responsible for ensuring all Master Data is maintained in SAP for entire AFG M&S business. All the articles and corresponding documents available in SAP prior to shipment arrives in WH for all AFG business (SEA and MENA). The Job holder is accountable to ensure all systems are set up for new stores and new initiative. Accountable for all User acceptance testing for the business.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Master Data Support

  • First point of contact for C&H/Food for M&S MENA business any system related queries
  • Support all 3PL’s for timely Inbound and outbound Processes
  • Accountable to ensure all articles, Purchase orders, Delivery documents and Invoices created in SAP for MENA, HK, SING & MY
  • UAT: Accountable for any new initiative system set up testing
  • Promotion Configuration:  Configure Rpro promotion for C&H and Food.
  • Aging Stock:  Support buying team in extracting Aged stock and summarizing the stock status
  • Ecom Pricing and Sale Management:  Accountable to ensure Ecom Full prices & Sale Prices are shared with UK
  • Support business on any adhoc system issues

 

Business Reports

  • Weekly and monthly master data clean up as per Audit requirements
  • Aging Stock:  Support buying team in extracting Aged stock and summarizing the stock status

 

Communication

  • Work closely with relevant stake holders for implementation of systems and solutions
  • Clear communication with Ops, Logistic and EIT for smooth system operations
  • Engage team with relevant Objectives, inclusion in the ‘Bigger Picture’ plus continued Feedback and

 

Development Opportunities

  • Provide coaching for development and ensure succession within the team 

 

About You

 

Minimum Experience

  • 3-4 years technical or system knowledge
  • Major in B Tech or MCA, Computer application
