• Responsible for utilizing art and design principles to create compelling campaigns that effectively engage American Airlines consumers.
• This job is a member of the Global Brand Marketing team, part of the Customer Division.

What you'll do

• Ideates and develops both customer-facing advertising assets, as well as internal creative projects to support all areas of the organization
• Project manages campaigns from start to finish and updates leadership during various stages of the campaign development process
• Is a quality check to ensure all deliverables are within brand standards and executed to a high standard of excellence
• Helps manage freelancer projects as needed, briefing them on projects and providing oversight
• Helps coordinate photo and video shoots (includes developing shot lists, handling estimates, coordinating with vendors) as needed in needed in support of internal initiatives
• Interacts and collaborates with other groups including social media, Media & Performance
• Supports brand team efforts to educate the organization on adopting brand principles in their areas of focus
• Interfaces with agency partners to develop campaigns in support of larger marketing initiatives

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business/marketing/advertising, or equivalent experience/training
• 1-2 years' work experience and an art design portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including in Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Experience working cross functionally and with all levels of stakeholders
• Proficiency in After Effects
