ROLE PURPOSE:

The Fitter plays an important role in Eggo as it sets the last mile and after sale for the brand. The role involves, the JH visiting the customer’s home and taking correct and precise measurements of the kitchen/ wardrobe. Map the place with electric points and water connections.

Once the kitchen is ready, install the kitchen in a professional manner and provide a customer service that sets Eggo apart from its competitors.

Visit the customer after the kitchen is installed to address any issues and check how the installation was done and the customer is satisfied.

Give relevant feedback on the type of kitchens, nuances of design and the typical shape and style of kitchens that they see in customer’s homes. Also give constant feedback on the designs done by the Eggo team to ensure that they are improves constantly.

 

KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Measurements- Pre buy

  • Measure the kitchen properly and precisely to ensure that there are no mistakes at the time of planning
  • Mark the electric points and water connections to help the planner plan better
  • Provide a great customer service so that the customer is at ease and trusts the Brand

Installation

  • Ensure all parts of the kitchen/ wardrobe are at the customer’s home before installation
  • Install the kitchen/ wardrobe in a professional manner that sets Eggo apart from the competitors
  • Complete the targeted deliveries set out in roster to maintain productivity score.

After Sales

  • Visit the customer’s home to check on how the installation was done. Attend to any issues and ensure the customer is satisfied.
  • Provide regular feedback to planners on points of improvements on design.

 

PERSON SPECIFIC:

Education: High School or certificate course from technical institutes

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

3-5 years’ experience of kitchen and wardrobe installation.

Driving license.
