About the Role:

 

Automall is highly customer focussed and performance oriented. It is important that the job holder is self-driven and motivated to excel in both these parameters.

 

To carryout tyre replacement, balancing, wheel alignment against manufactures standards on vehicles as per company standards and ensure optimum quality with increased productivity and technical efficiency, there by individually contributing to generate workshop revenue.

 

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform assigned repairs in standard time or less. 
• Anticipate any future failure and provide correct additional job reports with correct part number.
• Maintain housekeeping while performing the service/repair, safety and follow the standard job flow procedures.
• Perform required repairs as per the manufacturer's standards and confirm that the repairs are fixed correctly in FRFT manner.
• Ensure relevant check sheets/ log sheets are used during diagnosing and repair and follow the procedure.

 

 

About You:

 

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Automobile related diploma/certificate.
 

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
 

Job-Specific Skills: 

• Strong Tyre & Alignment knowledge.
• Familiar with appropriate workshop equipment and tools and capable of working with them.
• Basic PC skills.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to provide established standards of customer service.
• Behavioural Competencies: 
• Provide a delightful experience to our customers and be prepared to go an extra mile if needed.
• Capable of working under pressure, honesty and productivity.
• Takes responsibility for improving his own professional and personal performance (show interest to attend trainings) in order to enhance organizational effectiveness.
