What you'll do

• Recognize opportunities for system or process improvement and make recommendations or take appropriate action
• Manage projects in various systems that involve team members across all areas of Accounts Payable and impacted business units using Agile methodology
• Support team by assisting with: functionality questions, testing, implementation, change management and other deployment and delivery functions, as assigned
• Ensure that the project documentation and testing is delivered at the required level of audit quality
• Responsible for creating daily, weekly and monthly Accounts Payable reports
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal customers to work collaboratively to establish processes and resolve issues
• Resolve escalated issues, suspended transactions and error reports across all areas of the team
• Support each area on the team
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in relative field or equivalent experience/training
• 2 years related experience
• Efficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, i.e.)

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• SAP experience
• Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred

• Must be a team focused individual who is skilled at building relationships with people, leading teams and coordinating project activities
• Ability to work collaboratively both across and outside the organization at all levels
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
