About the Role

Create, bring to life and track Watches.ae Onsite and offsite Digital Marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Will work with the marketing team, brand team, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  1. Digital Marketing Campaigns:

 

  • Own the creation and execution of the Digital Marketing calendar. Onsite campaigns in collaboration with Merchandising and Graphic design team Off-site Paid Campaigns with the agency ECRM Campaigns with eh ECRM team
  • Analyse performance and turning insights into actionable work,
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

 

  1. Social Media Presence

 

  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence (FB, IG, YouTube, Tiktok, Twitter, etc.)
  • Generate social media awareness and be the first responder to customer comments and messages, having a proactive approach to the growth of our following, creating regular post and blog updates

 

  1. Database Marketing

 

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identifies critical conversion points, drop off points, and optimizes user funnels
  • Evaluates emerging technologies

 

  1. External & Internal Team Collaboration

 

  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Ensure quotes received from vendors are reasonable as per industry standard and deliverables are executed on time as per instructions.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

 

About You

To be successfully considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

 

  • Degree holder BS/MS degree in digital marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience working with E-Commerce platforms
  • Experience / certification in Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
