SALES SUPERVISOR


About The Role:


We are currently looking to recruit a performance driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing used car sales team at Automall. Your role as a Sales Supervisor is to be on the frontline, achieving sales success while assisting in managing a sales team & providing a first-class sales experience for our customers. You will be the face of the business for every customer you interact with. You will be responsible for individual sales, managing a sales team & supporting the branch manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom. 
Key Accountabilities
The Sales Supervisor is a senior selling used car sales role with joint responsibility to achieve individual sales targets as well as managing a team of sales executives to achieve/exceed the targeted used car sales for both the team & the branch. In addition, you will be responsible in assisting the branch manager in managing the day-to-day operations across all aspects of the showroom/branch. 


Your main duties within the role include the following:


•    Achieve all sales objectives set for yourself, your team as well as the branch including but not limited to volume, gross margin, trade-in targets, F&I targets etc
•    Assist the branch manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
•    Supervise the sales team activities to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures
•    Initiate dialogue with Sales team and branch management to discuss and address sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities
•    Ensure business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of Customer data capture and accuracy at all Point of Sales
•    Train & coach sales team members to deliver a consistent standard of customer care, & achieve business objectives, while taking actions to develop individuals for future growth 
•    Be the first point of contact to support the sales team & address any customer enquiries & issues in an effective & timely manner
•    The role is to support the sales objectives of the company through achieving given sales and CSI targets for both yourself, your team & the branch
•    Achieve and maintain the company prescribed standard sales policies and procedures      
•    Attend & follow up all customer enquiries/prospects in a timely manner to maximise sales opportunities
•    Achieve or exceed customer satisfaction objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales
•    Ensure that Company procedures are adhered in terms of handling cash and assisting in arranging vehicle finance
•    Constantly improve selling techniques & customer handling skills
•    Sell vehicle-related insurance products & accessories
•    Maintain awareness of the automotive industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features and benefits
•    Analyze the market situation and identify customer needs
•    Explore opportunities to sell our products and services


Required QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 


Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
•    At least 3 years car sales experience (New or Used cars), preferably as a senior sales executive, sales supervisor or sales manager
•    Demonstrated track record in sales & excellent customer service experience
•    A genuine passion for leading by example
•    UAE Driving License is a must


Job-Specific Skills:
•    PC proficiency 
•    Languages: Fluent English is a must
