About the position:

 

 

  • Deliver business results and creating a work environment that promotes employee engagement
  • Represent the business on internal and external audits 
  • Manage display and demo units in the showroom  
  • Stock allocation, vehicle tagging & PDI (pre delivery inspection) notification  
  • Managing single recoveries and vehicle movement to locations and customer site 
  • Deal and document preparation for invoicing registration and delivery  
  • Manage physical stock at site  
  • Manage system related activities (VCC (vehicle custom certificate) upload, mortgage upload, service request etc) 
  • Coordinate between Branch Sales Support teams and Sales teams
  • Sales Report preparation and publishing
  • Manage Customer deliveries
  • Providing a seamless customer experience

 

 

About you:

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years in a similar role (preferably supply chain or operations)
  • Supervisory experience
  • Proficient in SAP 
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
