Commercial Executive - General Accounting | Al Futtaim Logistics | Dubai

 

About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Executive for Al Futtaim Logistics. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will maintain all aspects of daily & monthly reports, work in progress report and reconciliation.

 

 

The key responsibilities are as follows: 

  • Preparation and analysis of Vehicle utilisation and Driver utilisation report based on the data updated in EDI. Review and analysis of vehicle hiring for all division to ensure the optimum utilisation of the fleet
  • Casual Labour monitoring and daily reporting for better utilisation of resource and efficiency 
  • Reconciliation between  closed job and daily sales report and Cost raised in EDI and SAP system  
  • Coordination with planner / Operator to ensure the timely booking of cost as per approved rate card, verification & reconciliation with suppliers invoices.
  • Prepare the vehicle running expense report for all divisions. Verification of all fuel reports with the approved rates and submitting the same to finance for processing payment to supplier. 

 

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting in Commerce Degree or any Internationally-Accredited Professional Accountancy Qualification. You will have with at least 2-3 years’ experience in general accounting preferably in freight management and commercial operations. You should have strong ERP knowledge, preferably in SAP. Excellent time management and analytical skills are required in this role. You should also have an excellent interpersonal skill, with a strong ability to communicate to all management levels.
