About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor  for Auomall who will be overseeing a wide variety of Warehouse activities, including shipping / receiving spare parts goods and maintains Inventory and associated records.


Key accountabilities includes:

  • Supervise and assist in daily Warehouse activities for receiving and shipping spare parts goods 
  • People Management responsibilities including Hiring & Training, Planning & Assigning daily duties for staff working under Warehouse supervisor. 
  • Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of Warehouse Kaizen storage principles and there by maintain accuracy of stock. 
  • Managing sales, Gross Margin, inventor level of branch to provide excellent customer service and achieve financial target.
  • Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety Regulations &Practice

 

About You:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: ITI/Diploma/ Graduate  
Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years in supervisory role with automotive. 

Job-Specific Skills:  

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instruction, procedures and manuals. 
  • Knowledge of general business computer software and proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, excel & Outlook).
  • Preferred knowledge and working background in SAP system 
  • Should be healthy and physical requirements including a variety of standing, walking throughout the day and will require lifting and pulling of inventory from shelves.
