About you
You have a passion for logistics and to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment. You are driven to exceed goals through people. You have interest for home furnishing, people life at home, and the IKEA range.
What’s more, we believe that you have the following knowledge, capabilities and motivation:
- Live and share the IKEA values every day
- High School Graduate.
- 2 to 3 years in Physical Inventory & Customer Service
- Strong background inventory procedures
- Knowledge in Goods handling and safety
- Numerical skills & Attention to details
- Computer literate in application like MS Excel, etc
- Good English Communication & Presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team
About the role
You are responsible to secure a positive shopping experience for our internal and external Customers through effectively managing and maintaining stock integrity, reducing discrepancy and shrinkage of the company.
Key Specific Accountabilities:
Operational
- To assist the Senior Physical Inventory in the responsibility for the execution of the physical inventory for the store including Self Serve, Full Serve, Market Hall and Display counts.
- Responsible for assisting with overseeing the Recovery counts and keeping detailed records of Recovery counts.
Customers
- Provide visitors complete satisfaction through stock integrity and reduce discrepancy.
- Keep detailed records in order for figures of stock in the system and physical qty will match.
Commercial
- Make sure the system quantity and physical quantities are matching
- Do the stock count by following the physical inventory calendar.
