Job purpose :

To Prospect, Source and Purchase required quantity of vehicles as per the stock requirement and the purchase price advice.
 

 

Job Description :

 

• To Prospect, inspect, control and purchase required vehicles at the recommended price.
• To achieve the budgeted Gross margin 
• To ensure that the stock mix is balanced and priced appropriately for faster stock turnover
• Ensure that the customer is provided with a delightful experience on every occasion.
• Ensure the Retail purchased car preparation is matching the estimated preparation (max variance 10%) from the time of purchase
• Ensure that the vehicle inspection is accurately captured in Vehicle inspection form so costs can be correctly calculated.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED : 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: 
•    Excellent knowledge of all types of cars
Minimum Experience:
•    2 years in used car purchase or sales OR
•    2 years as a service advisor OR
•    2 years as a mechanic

Job-Specific Skills: 
•    Able to examine the body and engine of the used vehicles to ensure that they meet required standards of buying
•    Able to evaluate cars in a test drive
•    MS Office Skills
•    Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
