- This role will drive analytics for the global Airports and Cargo Training team that will inform planning, project management, and coordination across all training functions and initiatives. Leverage data to measure success and continuous improvement and effectiveness of training.
- Provide Leadership with reliable data insights that would inform impact of effectiveness of training, Instructor utilization and seats plan for various course offerings that meets the needs of the business. Support and ensure a strong integration between training and the rest of the business.
- This role is a part of the Training Readiness team within our Airport and Cargo Training Delivery team.

- Excellent ability to extract clear and actionable insights and conclusions from data
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and simultaneous tasks and deliver on time
- Work effectively with information technology, data manipulation tools, report writing and excel
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with airport and cargo leaders, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement to support training effectiveness and impact
- Establish a Training Resource Library
- Support a strong feedback loop with frontline teams to action identified training gaps
- Document processes that would support a simplified and sustainable approach as the training product evolves
- Leverage synergies and best practices across training teams
- Prioritize tasks to advance strategic initiatives while meeting near-term training project needs
- Ensure a measurable path from training and qualification to team member proficiency
- Prepare, and deliver high quality presentations when needed

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
