About the position:

 

  • Process related activities
  • Managing the Discount Updates Process and Pricing Audits
  • Assist Sales and Operations teams with regards to related processes for authorizations and troubleshooting
  • Managing Sales Campaign Activities (Rewards Cards, Managers Special, etc.)
  • Responsible for Purchase Orders for purchased vehicles and workshop related jobs
  • Stock Planning and Order Management - Analyzing the sales plan and target and ordering the right article mix to achieve the budget 
  • Provide details of requirements for Vehicle Ordering
  • Demo to Used Car Conversions as per Appraisals received
  • Reporting Generating and Publishing Reports - (Forecasts, Daily sales, Lost sales, stock and arrivals, etc.)

 

 

About you:

 

  • High School Diploma
  • 4 to 5 years in a similar role
  • Proficient in SAP 
  • Microsoft Office - especially Microsoft  Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and efficient co-ordination in respect of the day to day activities of a retail operation
