  • The primary responsibilities of this role is corporate data, internal and customer facing reporting, corporate profile data management and other sales reporting. The role will collaborate with Global Sales, Sales IT, Sales Automation, and other parts of the commercial organization to deliver actionable insights. A critical component of that collaboration involves the management and ongoing support of database integrity. 
  • The role is a member of the Data Management and Sales Reporting Team within the Revenue Division.

What you'll do

  • Lead a team to develop their ability to think creatively and create analytical solutions.
  • Create proof-of-concept solutions and articulate them to the IT organization for move to production. Also, be the point of contact to guide IT on the implementation of sales solutions
  • Serve as point of contact for all collaboration with Corporate Programs and other sales team located globally to understand their business needs.
  • Contribute to decision making and determining fastest and most efficient solutions that are feasible to go to market, including the tools and resources AA will be investing in.
  • Utilize various database and programming languages to perform statistical analysis and visualization
  • Lead ad-hoc analysis as required.
  • Keep abreast of industry solutions and ensure that AA leads the analytical space in order to increase our competitiveness.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Information Systems or equivalent experience/training
  • Experience with SQL, BI Tools such as Tableau and/or PowerBI
  • Experience with querying, managing and organizing large data sets and applying quantitative reasoning to complex problems
  • 1 year experience in a Leadership position

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Masters Degree in technical, quantitative or business discipline  

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Microsoft Certification or Microsoft Programming Certificate
  • Technical skills including Azure, R, Microsoft SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan and the ability to communicate directly with users
