• The role is a part of the Technical Operations Support team within our Technical Operations group

What you'll do

• Individual has ability to collect/manage data from disparate sources into a comprehensive view of a
• business problem:
• Performs requirement gathering.
• Develops and maintains various reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Develops and maintains advanced analytical models and processes.
• Interfaces with IT to institutionalize new tools.
• Assists with Ad-Hoc analysis as needed.
• Trains others on new tools as needed.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, or
• equivalent training/experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Advanced knowledge of analytics tools, i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.  
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages, i.e, SQL, Python, R, HTML, JavaScript. 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Demonstrates aptitude for logical analysis, problem identification, and problem solving as well as excellent
• interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at same time. 
• Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
