Job Description:

  • Deliver Annual Operating Plan priorities at Organized Trade level (Volume, distribution and merchandising).
  • Implementation for all the customers plans on time and by using the proper communication.
  • Develop a productive business-to-business relationship with the customer through periodical visits, consistently high customer service and have a clear understanding of how the customer makes key decisions, who owns / influences / implements them.
  • Maintain an account file that represents the current situation within the account in terms of the key sales drivers.
  • Provide desired level of forecasting for company production planning.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills.
  • Strong Customer penetration skills.
  • Ability to work cross function/build strong positive relations with peers & direct reports.
  • High Driveg for Results.
  • Strong Communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build talent.
  • Strong Analytical skills
