Job Description:
- Deliver Annual Operating Plan priorities at Organized Trade level (Volume, distribution and merchandising).
- Implementation for all the customers plans on time and by using the proper communication.
- Develop a productive business-to-business relationship with the customer through periodical visits, consistently high customer service and have a clear understanding of how the customer makes key decisions, who owns / influences / implements them.
- Maintain an account file that represents the current situation within the account in terms of the key sales drivers.
- Provide desired level of forecasting for company production planning.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG.
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Strong Customer penetration skills.
- Ability to work cross function/build strong positive relations with peers & direct reports.
- High Driveg for Results.
- Strong Communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to build talent.
- Strong Analytical skills
