Job Description:
• Coordinate with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Plan & provide various internship opportunities for students & fresh graduates
• Post job vacancies on our website and across all recruitment channels “Linkedin, Wuzzuf, Bayt, etc.”
• Screen, source and select potential candidates
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Perform reference & background checks for accepted candidates
• Create job offers and communicate them with accepted candidates
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Ensure new hires’ paperwork are completed and processed
• Responsible for the onboarding process and ensure that new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software

Job Requirements:
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
