Every day, we go beyond what's expected and reach for the remarkable, together. **POSITION INFORMATION** Role Summary Alaska is looking for a Frontline Recruiter II to find and select the best talent for our airlines who deliver remarkable experiences to our guests. This is the perfect position for someone who thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment, loves travel, and enjoys cultivating top notch candidate and hiring manager relationships and experiences. Scope & Complexity This individual contributor position completes full life-cycle sourcing and recruiting activities for Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air. In support of multiple lines of business, this role identifies and attracts top talent to fill open positions and create vibrant talent pipelines. Key Duties - Manages the full-life cycle of requisitions from source to hire for multiple lines of business. - Consults with hiring leaders regarding talent plan and hiring strategy. - Prepares interview teams for interview, develops interview guides and leads candidate debrief. - Conducts deep sourcing through various channels; Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. to find the best talent. - Assesses talent and presents only the top slate of talent to hiring team. - Proactively identifies, creates, and manages a pipeline of prospective candidates in a CRM. - Meets goals and deadlines within the hiring process; manages workload using metrics and cycle-time. - Develops and extends offers and completes negotiations as needed. - Continually adapts to new technology that improves recruiting efficiency and candidate / hiring manager experience. - Upholds the brand and experience standards for candidates and hiring managers. Job-Specific Skills & Education Required - A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Recruiting function. - Technology savvy with a high level of proficiency with recruiting software; ATS, CRM, event management and other screening / scheduling automation software. - Sourcing skills; search and Boolean through tools such as google, LinkedIn and talent communities. - Experience using metrics and reports to manage/monitor workload to achieve hiring plan. - Consultative and ability to effectively influence managers throughout the hiring process. - Exceptional candidate and hiring manager service skills. - Moderate travel is required. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum age of 18. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred - A Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree. - Event recruiting and/or high volume recruiting experience.
