About The Job

Provide research and project management support for survey and opinion research (through surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, benchmarking and data analytics) including research design, implementation and analysis. The position requires strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, outstanding writing and communication skills, the ability to work independently and with a team, excellent analytical abilities and strength in managing multiple priorities.

Specifically, you’ll do the following

  • Leads the planning and implementation of People Analytics projects
  • Designs, programs, proofs and administers electronic surveys, including American Voice
  • Provides project management to overall survey projects
  • Provides survey expertise around item development and survey types and consult with others to advise and educate on best practices
  • Collaborates with project leads to understand research needs
  • Collects social media, hiring site, and other web data to perform integrated analyses
  • Coordinates and implements various stages of the research process, specifically relating to surveys, focus groups, data analytics and benchmarking
  • Prepares data for statistical analysis and reporting
  • Analyzes data through various statistical methodologies to understand key themes
  • Conducts analyses using multiple types of data (surveys, data analytics, and qualitative data) and create reports with key findings, charts and tables summarizing results

  • Provides qualitative research support, including logistical planning focus groups, and occasionally conducting telephone interviews
  • Contributes to project deliverables by synthesizing key findings and analysis
  • Assists with writing, proofreading, formatting and other requests as needed
  • Develops and maintains an understanding industry best practices for qualitative research
  • Supports project management of all large team initiatives as needed
  • Performs other duties as required

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, finance or a data related role
  • Experience using innovative thinking ability with high degree of motivation and problem solving skills
  • Persuasively presenting thoughts both formally and informally
  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with internal and external colleagues
  • Demonstrate well-developed strategic thinking and a customer service orientation
  • Well-developed ability to quickly understand enterprise and HR business organization objectives

  • Strong experience in successfully managing a variety of significant cross-functional projects in parallel
  • Ability to motivate team members to provide their best performance and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred
  • Experience with implementing complex HR and/or payroll systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Strong SharePoint experience preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills preferred
