Job Description:
• Lead on developing annual, quarterly and monthly forecast cycles with Sales and Marketing teams for CFI revenue, volume and mix.
• Evaluate pricing plans with their impact on Volume and P&L.
• Own (D&A) planning and actual reporting and analysis.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly monitor of actual revenue and trends vs latest forecast and report deviations to management on a timely basis.
• Month-end closing detailed analysis of CFI performance Vs Plan.
• Preparing Business cases for Sales and Marketing initiatives highlighting any potential risks and opportunities vs actual and plan.
• Own CFI Innovations Planning, reporting and analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics or any relevant discipline.
• Preferably CMA/MBA holder.
• Minimum 8 years of experience preferably in FMCG.
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a pressurized environment.
• Possess leadership abilities and the capability to deal with people at all levels of responsibility.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Planning and analytical skills
