Job Description:
- IBMer Engagement and Executive Communications Leader, IBM Middle East & Pakistan.
- This role plans and executes internal and executive communications projects in MEP, to help aid business growth, and foster positive employee engagement.

- a highly pro-active and innovative individual to help cultivate an engaged workforce to execute IBM’s strategy, retain talent and create advocates. In collaboration with IBM leaders, IBMers and HR partners, the role builds campaigns and content that equips colleagues with the knowledge, skills, capabilities and assets needed to work effectively, share IBM’s story and deliver results.
- Expertise for this role includes strong writing skills , an understanding of video production, photography, story editing, publishing and community management and the ability to work effectively and independently.
- Project management skills are also required and the ability to work with multiple groups inside and outside of IBM to plan events for employees, including town halls.
