Job Description:

Deliver training to external IBM clients, with a service and consulting mindset, across the globe as required based on teach time availability
A seasoned facilitation expert to deliver IBM Manager Development and Leadership Develop classes face-to-face or in a virtual environment from new managers to Executive level
Customise and deliver client initiated leadership interventions to coach upline and middle line managers on key leadership preferences, behaviours and crucial engagement factors such as rewards and recognition, positive leadership etc.
Gather feedback from learners and work with GPDM (Global Program Deployment Manager and program owner) on improvements and development.
Acts as a subject matter expert in IBM seller and manager certification working with Learning Partners on client consulting and solutioning projects.
Ensure an understanding of client requirements and provide direction for the assigned learning team to design and develop best-of-breed learning solutions that are critical to supporting IBM’s business priorities, using emerging learning methods and technologies.
Propose and deploy creative solutions that meet business needs and consider speed and access to market. Look for other opportunities to provide simple, cost-effective solutions where needed.

Job Requirement

Relevant Experience:

An experienced IBMer in delivering IBM Sales and Industry curriculum face-to-face or in a virtual environment to senior and experienced audiences
Be an experienced mid to senior level IBM seller and IBM manager to provide practical insights and real life examples to coach experienced sellers and senior managers
Be flexible to travel across MEA (and other Geos if needed) to deliver 85% teach time utilization (must-make annual target).

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Strong communication and an ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations while managing competing priorities.
Top-notch facilitator with a history of coaching others, contributing to design and delivering highly interactive education.
Strong understanding of leadership development and ability to implement learning strategies, deliver learning programs and leverage technologies that prepare IBM’s leaders to achieve their business goals.
