“ABOUT THE PROGRAMME”

 

Future Leaders Programme is a full time permanent job opportunity with Al Futtaim Group for Emirati graduates.

The first 18 months will comprise a structured learning programme that we have created for high-potential graduates to prepare and develop them for the next generation of business leaders in Al-Futtaim.

Our focus is to attract and support the career growth of graduates in-line with business needs and succession requirements for future leaders. The programme equips our Future Leaders Graduates with the required skills and knowledge for a successful career in the company, supported by coaches to help each person reach their goal.

 

This role will provide you with the opportunity to:

We are looking for qualified graduates from the following fields of study.

• Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering  
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering

 

 

Requirements

 

Who are we looking for?

 

• We are looking for recent Graduates (age 25 and under), who have completed a Bachelor’s Degree, GPA 2.8 ,  willing to work in Dubai.  If male, the candidate should have completed National Service or be exempted.
• All Engineering Degree backgrounds are invited to apply for a place on our programme. You will be placed in one of the Engineering functions.
• English is the business language in Al-Futtaim so we require excellent English language skills, spoken and written.
• Successful candidates will be self-motivated, passionate, collaborative, creative, commercially aware and excellence driven, effective relationship builders and flexible.
