Service Admin / Service Advisor - Industrial Air Compression Products - FAMCO Al Futtaim - AUH

 

As our Service Administrator / Service Advisor, you will be an effective interface between new and exisiting customers and our workshop by understanding customers repair & contract requirements, raising repair/contract.

Quotes and implementing workshop processes to ensure timely repairs as per quality standards. Maintaining the contract schedules and understanding the parts requirements. Maintaining the service Administration role as per the requirements.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Diploma in Mechanical desired
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

 

Minimum Experience:

• Sufficient relevant experience of no less than 3 - 5 years in a commercial automotive, ideally power generator or air compression workshop/service department of a major air compressor manufacturer's distributor service set up.
• UAE drivers license or ability to transfer an international drivers license over is desired 

 

Job-Specific Skills:

Fluency in spoken & written English, Knowledge of spoken Arabic will be advantageous

Operating knowledge of computer and SAP.

Contract management & service handling skills.
