Job Description:

Performs requirements gathering, elicitation & analysis of problems presented to gain an understanding of current state issues
Has ability to rationalize data sources and ability to distinguish the big picture within a data set
Strong familiarity & experience with data cleansing, preparation and processing
Has effective communication & presentation skills
Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets
Build business domain, identify problems and develop innovative solutions proactively.
Create automated processes for delivery of any regular reporting work.
Provide Adhoc analysis and any data pulls required to support the segment.
Takes ownership for quality of work deliverables and process adherence with guidance
Maintain all reporting solutions independently in an accurate and timely manner; Work with Biz counterpart to develop new reporting solutions as required.
Work with team members in learning the business nuances.
Develop and do necessary code and report validation steps

Job Requirements:

Relevant Experience:

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, – Data Querying and Processing
R-Programming.
Strong analytical mindset and skills, specifically demonstrating creative problem solving skill
ASP.Net (Desirable)
