Job Requirements:
Education:

  • College degree preferred

Relevant Experience:

  • Working experience in field (Sales manager, Senior sales executive, Re-active sales manager, restaurant manager, director of service operation)

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Understand group and catering positioning of the hotel.
  • Knowledge of hotel positioning on local markets
  • Using OPERA sales and catering for reports and updates
  • Knowledge of all departments within the hotel
  • Effective sales communication skills and personal performance
  • Excellent guest relation skills
  • Excellent body language and performance

Business Results

  • Balanced Scorecard Results:  Implements strategies and executes activities to drive and continuously improve financial results, guest satisfaction, human capital index and market share

Essential Functions

  • Focused on educate customer of sales 2000 organization and conduct property tours.
  • Focus on future potential of business on corporate and non corporate accounts within the segments.
  • Qualify customer and create new leads.
  • Accurate identify customer needs for long term contracts and/or rate and service agreements.
  • Update company profiles accurate in OPERA.
  • Target accounts prospects.
  • Conduct quality and service annual.
  • Account reviews based on performance.
  • Educate customer of sales 2000 organization.
  • Focus on sales blitz
  • Facilitate with re-active sales
  • Producing group rooms after budget target.
  • Producing group related catering.
  • Relation building/servicing top accounts as per marketing plan.
  • Create a base on special corporate accounts.
  • Total potential of room nights for special corporate accounts versus actual.
