Location: Heliopolis

Job Description:
– Translate the S&OP main production Plan to the short-term Production Plan.
– Coordinate production plans with the Finished Goods Planning team, Manufacturing, Material Planner, Processing and other support departments, so that the production plans can be executed optimally.
– Realize the defined objectives in the field of customer service and efficiency based on data from Manufacturing and FG Planner.
– Manage the Production Master data in SAP.
– Ensure that information about new or changed products is shared with those involved.
– Ensure a correct representation of the available capacity, as a basis for S&OP net demand plan for long-term decisions and the short-term production plan.
– Draw up an optimal production plan on the basis of the production order agreed with manufacturing, taking into account the priorities set. (Planning wheel)
– Check availability of required resources. (Occupancy, capacity, Bulk and components)
– Check stock of the FG and refer to the correct location for shipping Domestic and export, dnd plan its timing on the loading forms.
– Measure the KPI concerning Schedule Adherence (SA) and initiating corrective and improvement actions.
– Ensure the correct production figures in SAP based on periodically provided information from Manufacturing.
– In case of quality or customer service problems, take immediate action to achieve (re) planning the product.
– Coordinate the introduction of new or changed products with FG Planner.
– Coordinate trials, maintenance and scheduling orders for processing and reserving capacity for these actions.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business Administration or Economics
– 1 year experience in supply or production planning in a FMCG environment
– Fluent in English
– Knowledge of the SAP and maintenance of master data is critical
– Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
– Excellent communication, organizational and operational kills
– Teamwork player
– Ability to work under pressure
