About the Position
Role Purpose
To support the tenants in fulfilling their sales targets. To act as a support function and advisor to assist the tenants in reaching operational excellence and excelling in customer service. To be the point of contact for the tenants and assist in making their operations more efficient.

Follow up on and contact any Tenants who have not yet submitted their monthly sales. |
Footfall Extraction, Reporting and Event Feedback |
Retail Analyst |
Extract weekly footfall from the system and collate into weekly highlights to be sent to Senior Management. Perform analysis on trend, entrances, and power hours.
Generate and produce reports following any Public Holiday and Marketing event/activation. Use sales and extracted footfall data to give an indication of an ROI for any Marketing Activity. Also, produce a report with Tenant Feedback on Marketing events/activations. |
Struggling Tenants

Tenant Support |
Analyze the Turnover and sales reports as well use Tenant Feedback to identify struggling tenants/lower than average sales. Meeting to be conducted with the tenant to discuss windows/VM ideas, staffing, potential in store activities, stock issues. |
Marketing Support and Tenant Participation

Send a secondary email following Marketing initial email /contact tenants to encourage participation. Particular attention to be paid to struggling tenants as Marketing activations are beneficial to them. |
Window Approvals

Email sent by Tenants. Tenant Relations to respond within 48 hours via email. Approval to be based on meeting our design criteria: *No Flashing/neon lights *No mentioning of any other branches *Not more than 30% of the window to be covered

Newsletter and Tenant Awards

Compose a Monthly Tenant Newsletter comprising of Mall updates, Marketing activities and New Tenants. |
Tenant Manual

Policy & Procedure |
Produce an informative and easy to read manual detailing any information to assist the Tenants with respect to the relevant department. To be sent to the Tenant Relations department on completion for compilation.

Maintain all the communication through official channel to keep Tenant, different departments and Management on the same page with Mall Event, policy & Procedure and any information need to be circulated within the work environment.
