Partsman - TOYOTA Al Futtaim - Umm Al Quwain Parts Centre

 

Job Purpose:
A Parts man must be responsible enough in coordinating accurately the availability of parts / accessories to the Sales Representative to establish a smooth flow of operation.

 

Key Accountabilities / Context:

Distributions Fundamentals:
Ensure that all parts are received into the warehouse with “Kaizen Certified”
100% - 1st certification - Fully Performing
100%  - 2nd & 3rd certification – Exceeded
100% - 4th Consistent – Distinguished

 

Ensure that all the parts are picked / packed in the warehouse with “Kaizen Certified”
100% - 1st certification - Fully Performing
100%  - 2nd & 3rd certification – Exceeded
100% - 4th Consistent – Distinguished

 

Ensure that all scanning, binning, warehouse equipment are maintain and store in correct manner with “Kaizen Certified”
100% - 1st certification - Fully Performing
100%  - 2nd & 3rd certification – Exceeded
100% - 4th Consistent – Distinguished

 

Ensure that all the bin labels and bin utilization boards are update on a daily basis are in correct  storage and 65% utilized all space with “Kaizen Certified”
100% - 1st certification - Fully Performing
100%  - 2nd & 3rd certification – Exceeded
100% - 4th Consistent – Distinguished

 

Ensure daily perpetual stock check to ensure a stock ratio of less than 3% per annum with
Less than 2.99% - Fully performing
Less than 1.99% - Exceed Expectation
Less than 0.99% - Distinguished

 

Orders of Parts and Accessories:
Accountable for ordering parts and accessories to the National Parts Department on time.

 

Communication:
He must ensure effective personal and telephonic communication with customers, service advisor and technicians regarding charges, approvals and negotiations.

 

Quotation and LPO:
Quotation - Assist the Sales Representative preparing quotation, pricing accurately and invoicing of requested Parts / Accessories as per the needs of the clients.
LPO – received LPO should be verify before giving delivery to customers.
