About the Position:

We are currently looking for performance driven Sales Consultant to work within our Lexus Sales Team in Dubai. As part of the Sale team, you will be able to maximise every sales opportunity and build a long term business relationship with all our customers. You will be responsible to achieve and exceed the allocated sales target for new units, trade-ins, accessories and insurance policies and deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales. You are also expected to constantly improve and update your knowledge on product range, features and benefits, market trends, competitor analysis, sales techniques and customer handling skills.

 

About You: 

The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic qualification and a proven sales background preferably in the fields of automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, real estate, airlines, banking or telecommunications.

You must fully understand the sales process and adhere to Lexus standards to deliver the highest possible service and customer experience. You must be target driven, a good negotiator and has the ability to make the most of every opportunity. You should also be able to communicate effectively and flexible to work long hours, in shifts and weekends. Arabic speakers’ preferred and valid UAE driving license is a must!
