Service Manager - FAMCO Heavy Equipment - Al Futtaim - Dubai

 

7x Direct Reports: Foremen/ service advisors / service supervisors

 

Purpose of your Role:

To ensure that maintenance and repair works on all types of equipment, both on site and in the workshop, are done in accordance with prescribed standards and specifications in order to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of departmental objectives.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent Technical qualification 
Minimum Experience:
10 to 12 years of experience in equipment workshop with minimum 5 years of experience in managing workshop operation independently.
Job-Specific Skills:
Sound technical knowledge in Construction Equipment & Diesel Comp. repairs and maintenance.
Behavioural Competencies:
Good team leader, Self-motivated and Customer focused nature.
