Job Description:

Maintain an efficient property operation management enabling a flexible working environment
Accountable for all civil related operations across the assigned property\properties;
Accountable for civil continuity operations across the assigned property\properties;
Understand internal customer needs & ensure best working environment delivered to employees,
Accountable for business expansions & extensions from civil point of view in the assigned property\properties;
Understand business requirements & provide technical studies with different solutions to ensure choosing the efficient solution;
Ensure complying with Vodafone same look & feel standards.
Close monitoring on managed service company performance & deliveries in the assigned property\properties.
Manage company head counts;
Support company reorganizations and internal moves;
Provide complete solutions for expansions;
Ensure the up-to-date office space layouts. in the assigned property\properties;
Provide space planning analysis studies in the assigned property\properties.
Provide complete solutions to achieve the best space utilization in the assigned property\properties;
Share in preparing Census report in the assigned property\properties.
Support & follow up the appliance of Vodafone Health and Safety standards & Absolute Rules within the P&FM areas.
