Job Description:

Service implementation of the Fixed DSL ,Direct Access and Non Direct Services
Responsible for Rollout and Migration for Fixed Services
Troubleshoot and Resolve all Problems to establish connectivity over leased line and DSL Services .
Establishing and Maintaining Technical Relationships with the carriers in Spain
Deliver all Orders within the targeted KPI
Maintaining service level agreements.
