About The Job

This job is a member of the HR Shared Services within the People/HR Division.

 

Specifically, you'll do the following:

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert, providing specific expertise in the areas of system functionality, system features, report generation, data integrity and data analysis
  • Design, monitor and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation based on lessons learned, continuous improvement and quarterly releases for modules
  • Creates and publish dashboards and metrics
  • Collaborate with other system administrators to ensure consistency, share best practices, improve processes and develop system knowledge
  • Lead process improvement efforts, primarily in the areas of workflow, system enhancements and utilization
  • Develop and write quality assurance tests and participate in their execution.  Manage day-to-day operations, and special projects
  • Consultant to the COE tower with a forward-thinking, analytical approach to looking at future release functionality
  • Deep system knowledge to make process and system changes, including configuration, permissions, etc
  • Ensure consistent processes across solution
  • Manage implementation of new products, new process and requirements
  • Manage release updates and work with leadership to determine enablement plan
  • Manage thorough testing of system changes in Test and Production environments
  • Lead organizational communication & change management efforts
  • Coordinate creation and delivery of training for end users (Documentation/Training materials)
  • Monitor and triage interface issues with 3rd party vendor solutions, as needed
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in computer science, information technology, or related field, plus proven relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience with technical design and configuration of HR Systems, SAP OM/PA and SuccessFactors required
  • Success Factors Expert Accredited in EC with system implementation experience plus one other SuccessFactors module
  • Advanced administrator skills with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Effective teamwork and project leadership skills with proven project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve complex scenarios and the ability to identify the root causes and recommend corrective and preventative actions
  • Strong interest in and experience in HR technology
  • Extremely high level of software aptitude with the ability to utilize functionality of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and other various technology applications
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying sizes and degrees of complexity
  • Desire to improve processes, take initiative and solve problems
  • Autonomous contributor who is both a self-starter and can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in development of functional design specifications for business application
  • Experienced Agile Product Owner/Business Analyst

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with any of the following modules:  Performance, Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding is desired
  • Knowledge of XML preferred
  • Previous history of developing and leading systems training is preferred
