  • ​This job is a member of the Hubs & Gateways Team within the Customer Experience Division.
  • Responsible for working with station management to analyze data, look for trends, report on the trends, and provide recommendations.
What you'll do
  • ​Runs and distributes the daily hub outlook report
  • Analyzes baggage performance, generates performance reports
  • Provides detailed feedback to airport management to take action on

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​3 years of airline experience with hub experience
  • Hyperion experience
  • Knowledge of Airportal, Staff Plan/Manager, OPA

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills including data mining and reporting
  • Excellent organization abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
  • In-depth knowledge of airline customer service functions
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple, concurrent duties with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
