Achieve DB Targets:
- Consistently Achieve Revenue Quarterly target and Net Subs monthlyTarget.
- Delivering YOY service revenue growth.
- growth in SDSL POs and YOY growth SDSL Revenue/PO Acceptances
- Achieving MBB Net adds, M2M net adds, Fleetconnections targets.
1SF Targets:
- Minimum 3x cover TCV Target
- Pipeline Quality ofSales stages/Product Mix
- 4 Qtr rolling outlook of Pipeline
TCV
- EDRA process followed based on deal criteria
- Multi country / Complex deals
Revenue:
- IYRRatio to TCV
Lead through innovation
- · Sell and deliver innovative complex solutions through VIS/others (Surveillance,Field Force automation… )
- ReadyBusiness: All accounts to finalize ready business surveys by Q2 and enhance results by EOFY.
Cost efficiency to delivermargin growth:
- Minimizing incremental costs associated with contract renewals
- Closing contribution margin gaps with incremental potential for all bidding cases
- Achieving contribution margin of 65%
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Relevant Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience
