Seeking a person with strong leadership attributes to oversee and manage the design and construction of corporate facilities at the Fort Worth based campus. This person will also be assisting in managing and overseeing the hospitality complex already underway on the campus. The position is responsible for space planning across all campus properties.
- Responsible for the Space planning and space management for a 3 million sf corporate campus including the management of the space planning data base
- Development of project scope and/or definition documents
- Proactively works with all internal departments and external Stakeholders to establish project program
- Development and management of tactical and strategic facility plans
- Assist in selection of leased real estate as needed
- Preparation and management of procurement process for projects
- Development and management of internal funding documents and consultant and contractor contracts
- Development and management of project estimates, budgets and schedules, including construction phases
- Oversee development of design and construction documents
- Oversee furniture selections and specifications
- Responsible for the technical direction of project architects, engineers and consultants involved in assigned projects to ensure that all program requirements are meet within budget and time constraints
- Oversee construction
- Provide written and verbal project status reports
- Represent the best interest of the company at public meetings regarding departmental affairs
- Manage direct reports
- Limited travel is expected.
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

A bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or construction management is required; along with over 10 years of demonstrated experience in design, planning, development and management of facility construction projects including master plan projects.

Prior experience in construction and facilities development is required; must have a working knowledge of architectural and engineering construction documents, contracts, and commercial real estate.

Candidate should be a licensed architect or Interior Designer in the state of Texas.

TSA Regulations require a fingerprint-based criminal history records check.

- Must be a strategic thinker; understand the business need for each project and make ongoing decisions based on the best results for the company.
- Consistently able to anticipate upcoming problems and thereby avoid them to preserve the project’s intent, schedule, and budget.
- Capable of handling large and complex projects requiring multi-phasing and/or fast tracking.
- Must be able to work with diverse user groups; have above-average oral and written communication skills and the ability to successfully manage direct reports.
