Scope & Complexity We want to talk to undergraduate students in their junior year who have accomplished outstanding academic results. The program is designed for a commitment of 40 hours per week for the duration of the 12-week program. When not working, we invite our interns to take advantage of unlimited complimentary space-available travel on Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air... Lunch in San Diego? Weekend in Portland? Maui? Phoenix... Done! Key Duties - Build a total compensation model that compares Horizon frontline employees (pilots, flight attendants, airports) against other regional carriers - Review Horizon external recruiting websites and social media strategy, benchmark against other regionals, and make reconditions for improvement - Develop/optimize dashboards that measure operational performance or cost (Ground Service Equipment reliability and cost for example) - Assist project manager with various actions driven from 2020 Strategic Goals Job-Specific Skills, Experience & Education Required - Major in Business, Finance or Supply Chain Management or related field - Internships positions are open to current undergraduate students in their junior year who are enrolled in a full time course of study graduating between December '20 and June '21. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum age of 18. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Job-Specific Leadership Expectations Embody our values to own safety, do the right thing, be kind-hearted, deliver performance, and be remarkable. **START YOUR NEW JOURNEY NOW** Submit your application by 11/13/2019 11:59pm (Pacific Time).
