ROLE PURPOSE:

Responsible for the delivery and distribution of electronic products promptly to the customers. Represent the company in a professional and cost-effective manner to maintain customer confidence and satisfaction.

 

KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

Outbound Operations

• Deliver a wide variety of electronic goods to different locations within UAE in a cost-effective manner as per agreed delivery timetable.
• Ensures that products are handled with due care and reaches the customer in good condition with complete documentations.
• Takes ownership of company assets and goods to ensure that they are not duly exposed to risk and potential losses.

 

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Proper and timely vehicle maintenance. Pro-actively checks the vehicles to avoid break downs & downtime.
• Maintain an accurate and up to date daily activity record by logging on to GPS system dutifully.
• Resolve clients complains and provide link between customers and warehouse staff.

 

Reporting Activities

• Provides feedback on customer receiving process and observations during delivery.
• Submit the POD on timely basis.

 

Qualifications:  Valid Driver license and full knowledge of different routes in the UAE.
